what is the volatile compound that parmesan and chocolate both have?
i tried the recipe and it was delicious!

Lekker! I love the idea of the parmegianno in your truffles. They look delicious. The TGRWT is definitely my kind of challenge, I’ll keep my eyes open for the next one. Great blog by the way, I like the concept.

Hi Dennis,
a wonderful idea, using grated parmesan instead of coco flakes. I believe that you have found a good relation between the two ingredients.

That’s why I love the TGRWT foodblogevent, it’s all about flavour pairs people rarely use. But because the ingredients have quite similar volatile aroma compounds they should go really well together.
